Katie brings a warm, playful energy to the front desk that helps patients feel at ease the moment they walk through the door. As Patient Coordinator, she is often the first friendly face you'll see — and she takes pride in making every visit feel welcoming and stress-free.
Outside the office, Katie's love of animals keeps things interesting — she jokes that a veterinary clinic would have been a close second career choice. When she's not at work, you'll find her snowboarding, swimming, or tracking down her favourite snack: Hi-Chew gummies (a habit she's confident Dr. Song quietly approves of).
